J Russell Excavation & Concrete specializes in heavy construction, concrete work, water/sewer/septic, demolition, and residential work. We are licensed and bonded in both Washington and Idaho and work on many different projects, large and small, from Government contracts to residential remodels.
We find the importance in giving back and taking care of not only our clients but our employees as well. We believe in hard work, honesty, and dedication. We work seamlessly with local subcontractors to help deliver the project on time, within budget, and completed to our quality standards. When available, we source our materials locally as much as possible to support our community.
Two-time cancer survivor and business owner Joshua Russell spent many years working in the construction industry learning different trades while working his way up into a management position. In the summer of 2019 Joshua opened J Russell Excavation & Concrete to serve clients in Southeastern Washington and North Central Idaho.
